Delete your Toldio account

You can permanently delete your Toldio account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, what is removed, and what little we may be required to keep.

The short version. Delete your account from inside the Toldio app in a few taps. No app access? Send us a request from this page and we'll delete it once we've confirmed you own the account.

1. Delete your account in the Toldio app

This is the fastest way, and it takes effect immediately.

Open Toldio.
Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account.
Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

Because you are already signed in, the app deletes only your own account — no one else can delete it for you.

2. Don't have access to the app?

You can request deletion here. Send us an email from the address you use to sign in to Toldio, and include the details below so we can find your account:

The email address you sign in with
Your sign-in method (Google, or email & password)
Your Toldio profile or user ID (optional)
A reason (optional)

Request account deletion

For your security we verify that you own the account before deleting it. We check that the request comes from the account's email address, and where there's any doubt we send a confirmation link to that address and only delete after you confirm. This is how we stop anyone from deleting someone else's account.

3. What is deleted, and what we keep

Once your request is verified, we delete your account and the personal data associated with it from our active systems — including your profile, the song details and facts you entered, lyrics, generated audio and video, drafts, and your order, gift, follow and occasion records.

Limited transaction and payment records may be retained only where required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or other legal obligations, for the period required by applicable law. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our normal backup rotation. Records held by Google Play, Stripe and RevenueCat are governed by their own policies. See our Privacy Policy for more.

4. Google Play subscriptions

Deleting your Toldio account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, manage or cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions.
