These terms apply when you use Toldio to create, send, or listen to a personal song. By using the Service, you agree to them.

1. What Toldio is

Toldio turns the memories and details you provide into an AI-generated personal song and lyric video that you can keep and share. Songs and videos are created by artificial intelligence based on your input.

2. What you get: a license, not a copyright

Because purely AI-generated works are generally not copyrightable, there is no copyright to assign. When you create or purchase a Toldio, you receive a personal-use license to play, keep and share the song and video for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share your gift link freely for personal use. Commercial use — such as advertising or resale — requires a separate commercial license from us.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Toldio only for lawful, personal, and respectful purposes. In particular, you will not use the Service to:

attempt to imitate or clone a real, identifiable person's voice;
create content that makes harmful, false factual claims about a real, named person (for example, that they committed a crime, were unfaithful, or have an illness);
harass, threaten, defame, or infringe the rights of others;
upload unlawful content or use the Service in violation of applicable law.

Parody, opinion, affection and playful exaggeration are welcome; checkable false accusations about real people are not. We run automated guardrails to help enforce these limits and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Payments

Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Purchases and any subscriptions are processed by our payment providers. Except where required by law or stated at the time of purchase, completed digital goods are non-refundable once delivered. Subscriptions renew until cancelled through the store where you subscribed.

5. Your content

You are responsible for the details you enter and confirm you have the right to use them. You grant us the permission needed to process that input in order to create and deliver your song and to operate the Service.

6. Takedown

If a song about you is harmful, infringing, or violates your rights, you may request its removal by emailing support@songbomb.app. We remove reported content that breaks our rules and make reasonable efforts to keep identical content from reappearing.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Toldio content is AI-generated entertainment and should not be treated as factual. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toldio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Toldio.
